About the Recipe
A round cookie-ball good for all occasions.
1 cup butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
6 Tbsp confectioner's sugar
2 cups white flour
1 cup chopped walnuts
⅓ cup confectioner's sugar
Preheat the oven to 350° F/190° C.
In a medium bowl, cream butter and vanilla until smooth. Combine the 6 Tbsp confectioner's sugar and flour, and stir into the butter mixture until just blended. Mix in the chopped walnuts, and roll the dough into 1 inch/2½ cm balls. Place the balls 2 inches/5 cm apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for 12 min in the preheated oven. When cool, roll in remaining confectioner's sugar once or twice.
