Good as a marinade or sauce, and also makes a nice flavoring for beef jerky.



Mix together. Use as marinade, sauce, or glaze.


  • If using for jerky, be sure to read up on food safety. The USDA publishes an article on Jerky and Food Safety that gives some good information. You may want to add a little curing salt (Prague Powder #1 or #2), but don't overdo it.

  • If using as a sauce, add about 3 Tbsp corn starch or 2 Tbsp arrowroot powder.
