About the Recipe

Simple fruit pie with crumble top crust.

Ingredients

1 unbaked pie crust

Filling

2 lbs apricots

¾ cup granulated sugar

juice of ½ lemon

2 Tbsp tapioca

⅛ tsp salt

Topping

⅓ cup brown sugar

½ tsp cinnamon

¼ cup flour

3 Tbsp margarine

Preparation

Mix apricots, granulated sugar, lemon juice, tapioca, and salt. Pour into crust.

Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, flour, and margarine. Crumble over top of pie.

Bake at 425°F oven 15 minutes, reduce heat to 375°F and bake 30 to 35 minutes longer.
