Microwave Fudge

An easy recipe that makes a pretty good fudge.



Prepare 8"× 8" or 9"× 13" baking dish by lining with aluminum foil and spraying with nonstick coating. Mix chips, marshmallows, and condensed milk in microwave-safe mixing bowl. Microwave on high 1 minute, and stir thoroughly. Alternately microwave 45 seconds and stir thoroughly, until mixture is completely smooth and homogeneous. Add vanilla, stir until smooth. Pour into baking dish, refrigerate, and cut into squares.

When we were following Weight Watchers' diet plan, we calculated the whole recipe as 93 points.
